The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. During your visit, we'll discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of your available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile, and your family.
Insurance
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you understand your insurance benefits.
Our office participates in many dental PPO plans including the following: Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, United Concordia, Connection Dental, and Fidelio. Please call the office or check with your insurance company to see if we participate with yours
We also offer our own office insurance plan and Care Credit.
In-Office Insurance Plan
For $299 per year the plan includes 2 cleanings, exams, x-rays, 2 fluoride treatments and 20% off any other dental treatment. An additional family member over the age of 14 is $250. Children 14 and under are $150.
